They may have a charge on them when you get them, but the state of the health on the batteries are below 10% on the 2 that I tested Their battery tester they have only checks a charge. It does not check the CCA the state of the health, etc. so if you’re looking for a battery, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

A young girl (I didn’t catch her name) was so helpful. She helped me pick good wipers, she didn’t hesitate to install them for me, and she even taught her fellow associate while she was doing it. She was so polite and friendly, even when my wiper got stuck and she was standing outside in 5 degree weather. She said she had only been there for 3 or 4 months but she sure seemed like she’d been there longer with how well she did with everything! If I had cash I would have tipped her, but I hope that recognizing her great work and excellent customer service skills will help show Auto Zone how valuable she is as an employee! Give the girl a raise!

I came across an associate who was amazingly patient, answered all my questions, took her time with me, and gave me her recommendations on what she thought would work.
