He asked questions like how often/how hard I drive, and gave me certain suggestions to maintain car performance long term. Taking the time to explain why I needed certain services more than others made me want to come there instead of Jiffy Lube because he wanted to extend the time I had with this car. To me, that's special service, and why I don't plan on going to another service company for a while.

When inside the attendant shows me my air filter compared to a new one. I said I'll pass. A moment later I said " you know what, put the new one in" I got the biggest sigh and eye roll. It was like I asked him for the shirt off his back. I'm done. Not going there again.
