  This is the #1 place I like to take my vehicle to. They do a nice job and treat me extremely fairly. The reason for 4/5 is that we had an appointment on a Saturday and they ended up not completing the inspection until Sunday. I’m sure there were unexpected changes that caused the delay, but we had an appointment, so it should have been completed in the appointment timeframe. Again, still highly recommend you take your car here!

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had bought tires online for them to be shipped to the store and then scheduled an apppointment with this store through the same place I purchased the tires. My appointment time was for Friday morning drop off, dropped my car off around 8:30-9:00 was told it should only be a couple of hours. called at 1:30 was told they were getting ready to pull it in now and it would be done no later than 3:00. Went in at 3:00 was told they didn't have time to do the tires and I would have to bring it another day. Decided to give them another chance and scheduled to bring it back on Monday but told them I needed my car back by 1 PM. Dropped my car off again between 8:30 - 9:00 was told they are sorry about Friday and it would be the first car pulled in today and would be complete by 1 and they would call me when complete. Called them to check on status at 12:30 since I had not heard anything and they said they couldn't get it done today they did not have enough time. So now two days of my car being there and they didn't have the "time" to put them on.

  I love Monro! Been using them for inspections since I moved here in 2022. They're quick, kind and don't talk down to you! Where i used to live always told me I needed something crazy done and the one time I needed something, they explained it well!

  I was very pleased with the service that I received at Monro. They were able to give me the very best deal on four brand new tires. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and the job was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Monro for tires.

  Definitely not satisfied with how long it took to complete my service. Had an 11:30 am service appointment and it didn't go in until after 2:00 pm Then it needed parts to pass inspection. So made another appointment for a couple days later at 1:00 pm. Dropped car off at 12:40. They were installing rear brake shoes and a muffler. So around 3:30 I gave them a call. Almost done. Around 45 more minutes. No call. So I called around 6:00 pm and it was just finished. As far as price, I know they mark up the price of parts by a few hundreds of dollars.
