Went in the next weekend to get the same issue fixed and once again before I could even leave the shop it was still blowing cold air and was now making a clicking noise. Attempted to go back again to supposedly get it fixed and even gave them money for tires which I now regret doing and was told the guy was a no show and they weren’t sure if he would even be in. He showed up and I went to leave and the issue still wasn’t fixed. Now I’m supposed to go back again and hope they can actually do it this time. Not confident. Haven’t had heat in my car for almost 3 weeks now. During this whole process I was also told to come in two other times to be told both additional times once that the part hadn’t arrived yet and I had to come back the next day, which was one of the times they failed to fix it. Just went in tonight to be told once again that the guy who was supposed to fix it switched days and now I have to come back again. Both times they had to cancel my appointments no one bothered to call me and I had to drive to the shop to be told to come in the next day. The issue still isn’t fixed. Luckily corporate was nice and offered to refer me to another location if this isn’t resolved with my next visit. So five visits with still no resolution two of which were cancelled without even telling me until I showed up. Yeah won’t be going back and am actually put off going to any Monro now. Update. Went in for the last time and still not fixed. Told now it’s probably another issue. This is after 5 visits and about 6 hours spent in the waiting area. Safe to say I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

Mike had them ordered and mounted by the time I had caught all the fish in Walnut Creek. He handled my car with utmost care and had me back on the road in no time. Everyone needs a guy like Mike taking care of business. Professional, knowledgeable & very friendly too!
