I’ve fulfilled my time and now compliance is saying that they have no data from the last two months. So, now I have to have device on for 2 more months. This is a life sentence. HUGE SCAM. Can’t read my data? If anything, the device is faulty and inaccurate. They also mention great customer service. Wrong. After you pay, it’s pretty much impossible to reach an agent. If you value convenience and peace, do not go with Intoxalock. In fact RUN.
