  Excellent manager Bob - by interacting with him he knows how to do great business. He takes his time to be informative with his customers and establishes a clear line of communication. Polite and transparent. Him and his staff have helped us on multiple occasions. Even on a Black Friday weekend to help get me snow tires. Bob was down 2 out of 6 mechanics do to sickness. But Bob held his own and stayed calm and did not seem to get flustered. It is why we have gone back for simple services and to buy tires. And will return for more.

  Going anywhere else is simply a waste of time. Brought my truck in thinking I wanted a like and kind tire replacement but mentioned I was open to other options for expedience. Not only did Bob get me back up and running with a MUCH better option at a fraction of the price, but I got probably the best alignment I’ve ever gotten there (which is really saying something for a Ram 2500 guy). Can’t recommend Cranberry NTB enough and so long as it’s not warranty, no one else will touch our cars.

  Honest. Dependable. Fast. Pleasant. What else can you ask for when your car needs service. Stubborn low tire finally gave in and Bob knew right away it would be a quick fix. Understood that we were up against it with just one car for the weekend and they got us in immediately and had us fixed up super fast. Can’t say enough good things about the experience we had there.

  Excellent service. Had a tire I was worried about because it was driven on with low pressure. Bill removed it to inspect the integrity of the inside wall. All was good, and Bill even threw a new plug in it for me to seal from the inside wall. Great and trustworthy service.

  Made an appointment to have a leaking tire evaluated. Arrived for appointment and was informed I was booked to have 4 tires replaced which was never discussed. 40 minutes after appointment time, my vehicle was still sitting outside while I was waiting. Left without any work being done. I was disappointed that the shop didn't pay more attention to my request for service, and that even first thing in the day they weren't sticking to the schedule. Waiting area was dirty. A lack of attention to detail did not make me confident in their ability to fix my vehicle. I would recommend going somewhere else for service.
