  While in the Pittsburgh area for work, my cv joint and axle broke the night before I was to depart for home (a 250 mile trip). I called several shops the morning I was scheduled to leave and no one could fit me in the schedule for at least 3 or 4 days. At the recommendation of a coworker, they recommended I find a place in Cranberry. Looking at Google maps, I found this Goodyear shop and it was within walking distance from a hotel, should I needed to stay longer due to the repairs. So I called them and explained what happened and that i was trying to head home later that afternoon. To my surprise they were able to fit me into their schedule that day. So I made arrangements for a tow truck and by 3pm it was fixed. No doubt they came in clutch and helped me out, and for that I'm extremely grateful. If you find yourself broke down and need a shop who can get you in and out, consider Goodyear.

  I'm usually wary of chain auto places, but I've taken my cars here several times now for simple stuff (tire repairs/replacement, oil changes, brakes) and each time received friendly and honest service, quick work, and accurate ETAs. Would recommend.
