I’ve tried multiple times to make an appointment and every time the owner says he needs to “check with his guy” — then never calls me back. No follow-up, no communication, nothing. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. Seems like it’s first-come, first-serve now, because scheduling clearly isn’t a priority or he doesn’t know how to use a schedule book. I’ve brought him business when he was almost out of business and now I can’t even be put on his schedule. I’m not asking for any special treatment, just to simply be put on the schedule and I’ve been getting the runaround. This is how people do you now. This is how he treats his return customers, or maybe just me. Disappointing to say the least. Also, his “guy” is bipolar and flips on a dime. And should watch his mouth because one day it will get him in trouble…
