Been searching for a new go to shop for my vehicle repairs and I found my new home base. They are quick, fast, and try to get your vehicle back to you as fast as they can. They always call and let you know kw about the status of the repairs and are so friendly. Brad and Nicole are the main 2 people ive been encountering and are so friendly and nice that I honestly forget that im getting repairs done. Thank yall for going above and beyond, youve made a returning customer with all you hard work and attention to detail.

I paid Keith’s Service Center in Cranberry Township $6,000 upfront for what was supposed to be a proper rear end (differential) rebuild/repair on my vehicle. They claimed they “rebuilt” it and handed the car back, but the problem was still there—noise, vibration, everything exactly the same. Turns out they didn’t even do a full rebuild; it was barely touched or done wrong. When I complained, they only refunded me a pathetic $150 after I pushed hard. That’s it—$150 back out of $6,000! On top of that, they admitted to ordering the wrong parts initially, which delayed everything and jacked up the cost with unnecessary charges. No real accountability, no apology, just excuses and attitude. I ended up taking it to a reputable differential specialist elsewhere who confirmed the rear end was still messed up and hadn’t been properly addressed. They fixed it correctly for far less additional money. Keith’s basically took thousands for half-assed (or non-existent) work and tried to brush me off. This place has a history of complaints—wrong parts, overcharging, not completing jobs—and from what I’ve seen online, it’s not isolated. BBB rating is low, not accredited, and there are stories of the owner facing charges for shady stuff with customer vehicles. Steer clear unless you want to throw money away and deal with headaches. 1/5 stars max—actually 0 if I could. Go to literally any other shop in the area. Never again.

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Without sharing an extremely long story. This shop did repairs on my car without asking for my approval, had the vehicle for over three weeks. I ended up having to call daily for updates and was never given a price until I demanded my car back. I would have rather flushed 3k down the drain than deal with this shop. This is your classic nickel-and-dime shop that can only survive by taking advantage of good people. They are unprofessional and dishonest. They really have you over a barrel when they demand their price so you can get your car back. Thanks for all the headaches and ruining a good car Keith.

Absolutely Do NOT recommend this shop at all. I sent my vehicle there to me diagnosed and was told it needed a motor but unsure why, was told no testing was done just opened the hood and it’s just toasted. Was given quotes of very high prices for a used motor. I found my own motor for a way cheaper price but was told it would be doubled service rates since he’s making no money off the parts. Fast forward to when I decided to get my car back and take it elsewhere I was told there’s a charge but don’t know what it was for, no explanation just Keith screaming at me and threatening me attempting to fight me. As I was awaiting my tow trucks arrival he continuously followed me yelling derogatory remarks and slurs. My wife that was waiting with my children in the car heard all the screaming and recorded the encounter and ended up calling the police. As I was looking over my car to verify nothing was damaged or taken I found that my brand new spark plugs and coil packs were left out of the motor and sat for who knows how long(up to a month) in the pa weather. My brand new never fired spark plugs are now rusty…bmw spark plugs are not cheap. This place is very unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest and frankly disgusting.

I don't even know where to start... in three words: EXPENSIVE. DISHONEST. UNPROFESSIONAL. A few examples... charged me $1,100 just to replace a brake caliper, and he also did it without asking me first because I would have elected to do it myself which only would've cost me $80, and it also took them about 4 days to finish the work... and THEN the lady proceeded to have a rude attitude with my wife (I sent her to pick it up). Then he even double charged me for the full inspection after he told me he would only charge half the first time and half later after I brought it back. Every time I've come here I've spent at least $1k. Charges high for parts (3x as much compared to what I can get myself) and labor, $170 per hour is steep, and on top of that he charges an extra 20$ every time for "shop/environment" no matter what the job was for. He once replaced my brake light which immediately broke the next day because he installed it crooked, and then tried to deny responsibility blaming it on the brake light manufacturer. He also charges $150 for a wheel alignment but then gives you a $50 discount, when in reality wheel alignments are typically $100 or even less. He once told me I needed new brakes and rotors when they were basically new. I once told him I was going to fix two wheel bearings myself because I didn't want to pay his estimate of $1,200 and he then proceeded to tell me "good luck, you need a special tool to separate the bearing from the hub" but he knows full well that it's much easier and faster to replace the whole hub assembly - I did it myself in 3 hours for only $250 in parts (I even used high-grade parts). He is also a terrible communicator - After a whole day I didn't hear back and so I reached out asking if he finished my car... he didn't even know which car I was talking about and then realized he already finished it and he didn't even tell me (glad I reached out or my car might still be sitting there in the lot). I could go on, seriously... All this and more took place in less than 1 year, never going back here again. He seems nice at first - don't fall for it, he just wants your money. I usually never leave reviews but I felt obligated to do this one. I'd rate this negative 3 stars if I could, worst mechanic ever.
