  2 different locations in 2 days. Both were pretty decent experiences. The guys that I interacted with at both locations were cool, knowledgeable and down-to-earth. The inspection on 4/17 did take a longer time than I'm used to, but I completely understand why it did. No complaints. I'd return and recommend Monro to others.

  My experience was terrible. I made the appointment over the phone. The lady on the phone gave me a price of 49.97 for the oil change. The guy started the paperwork and told me it would cost me 125.00 big difference. He claimed the lady on the phone didn't know what she was talking about and I needed special oil. They did not do the free tire rotation, maybe that's why they completed.the so quickly. TERRIBLE!

  I must praise Shawn Laughinghouse…tech 123149-0.00 for his professionalism and dedication to solving an issue that I have been experiencing for years with my front tire. Other Techs (many) would just put air in my tire then tell me there was nothing wrong with it. 1-2 weeks later it would be low again or flat. It took all this time and aggravation with tires I purchased from Monroe for Shawn to diagnose the problem and “he” fixed it. I’m so pleased to give him my highest praise and thanks.

  Went for an oil change, my intuition told me to leave but I didn’t listen. I watch these boys work on my car and it was done with such careless effort. I drive off and hear a loud rattle sound, turn around and take the car back the hand to tighten the pan, then I get back in my vehicle, the techs left so much tar on my carpet and panels it would even come up. I’m disgusted!
