I was informed Saturday by Meineke when I went for my 2nd oil change the undercover shield is missing. This is an item that has to be removed when you complete an oil change! So my question is why if it was never on the car like Monroe is claiming why they never informed me. You clearly knew it was missing if it was never on my car like you’re claiming. I truly believe it was Monroe that never put the cover back on! And now Nissan is saying this part is over $150!!

Be careful and check for yourself how much parts cost before having them service your vehicle. I needed a new starter for my truck and they quoted me just over a $1000 for an hour job. Their labor rate is ~$185/hrs so that meant the starter was $780-800. I understand markup but you can find NEW starters from $60-200. No reason to rip people off. Go here for batteries and maybe tires, otherwise stay far away.
