The repair to tire was completed but was not effective nor safe so tire replacement was recommended. Shop went to get the tire, installed my doughnut spare so I could complete my errands and rang me back within an hour when new tire arrived. Highly recommend Mavis!

Honestly, what made me choose Mavis was the man who answered the phone when I called for pricing- from my first call he was so kind and helpful. They have a cute little area where my kids played and we brought some toys as well when I got my new tires put on. It did not take long at all. All 4 tires were on and done sooner than I had expected, and my kids had a blast playing here while the vehicle was being taken care of. I am back again today because I picked up something in the road and got a flat (I unfortunately did not get the insurance that day-but I will be purchasing it today!) I stopped in today on my way to work with my spare on hoping to get it either repaired or a new tire and the man at the counter was so kind and helpful, again! Got me right in and took care of my tire. I was hoping for a plug but damage to the sidewall from the rim would have been dangerous, I figured but was hopeful for the less expensive expense. I appreciate your kindness,expertise and honesty! Also, found one of my sons tiny robots we were playing hide and seek with at my first appointment on the register when I walked in and it brought a smile to my face, Turns out we forgot one and he had a temporary stay at Mavis!! Thanks again to the employees at Mavis Tire in Covington, The man at the desk who greets you and gets you started and answers all of your questions, the manager and all the guys behind the scenes turning wrenches and doing all the repairs,you are very much appreciated!
