  Car runs good and is more fuel efficient after replacing air filter but have to rate 4 because I was a little overcharged

  I had a great experience today at the Valvoline service center on University Boulevard. I went in for an engine oil change, and Mr. Sam assisted me throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He explained everything clearly and made sure the service was done efficiently without any hassle. The overall service was quick, smooth, and well-handled. I really appreciate the excellent customer care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place, and a big thanks to Mr. Sam for his outstanding support!

  The team at Valvoline in Moon Township went absolutely above and beyond to help me out I came in, not knowing what was going on with my car and the team took one look and figured it out. The problem I was having was my serpentine belt was basically snapped right down the middle. The team looked it over and took care of it within an hour and I was out of there. This issue would've taken days if not weeks at another shop again I can't thank the team enough for going above and beyond to help me.

  I had to come and write a review after getting my oil changed here earlier this week. I was a bit flustered and worried because my check engine light was on because I needed an oil change (my cars alert I have set didn’t remind Me) I went to the one by Costco and Robinson initially and they were a mess and I’ve tried to go there before and They clearly don’t have their stuff together and so they recommended me come to moon and I’m so glad I did. There were three people working two men in a woman I went there bright and early I was taking care of this guy explained to him what I thought was going on last time I got my oil change, etc.. He could’ve banned more nice and helpful offered to do the plug-in for me if when the oil was changed, the light didn’t go off and overall I just had a great experience so I just wanted to write a review that if you need to get an oil change do not go to the Robinson location. Come to this one.
