- SSStevenNov 3, 20251.0A few weeks ago I dropped off my car to be inspected and when I picked it up It had a faint smell of smoke. I didn't think much of it and thought maybe I was just imagining it. But recently I dropped my wife's car off for an inspection and when we went to pick it up I was waiting for her in the parking lot I saw an older gentleman open one of the garage doors to take a trashcan to the dumpster and he had a cigar in his mouth. When I got home I asked my wife if she smelled anything when she got in the car and she said it did smell like smoke, I went and checked myself and once again the car had a faint smell of smoke in it. I have zero issues with people who choose to smoke, but it's not professional to be smoking inside a closed building with other peoples property inside. I don't want my cars to smell like an ashtray when I have kids that are subjected to the smell as well. I have zero issues with the work that was done on the vehicles, the pricing was fair and communication was good. I just cant recommend them, and will not be returning.
