We arrived at 6:10, 50 mins before closing,to purchase a battery and have it installed. Everyone knows, as they boast about it in their advertising, free install ( on most simple cars ) is a perk. No limits on time mentioned. Almost a whole hour before close is beyond a reasonable expectation. We were told they could not do it because they were closing down, which makes no sense. I confirmed there were multiple employees on, and have a photo. I had to jump my fiancee's car to get there and we shut it off because we expected a battery. The manager had to jump us ( 5 mins ), but couldn't install a battery in a Renegade ( 10 mins TOPS ) as advertised. Not my fault it is raining Malik.. do your job and set a better example as a manager for your employees. I hope the store has cameras, I can not believe how we were treated. The fact that another customer offered to do it for us right in front of you speaks volumes my friend.
