He took time to show us around with very little direction from us. We did explain that we were just looking and didn’t know what we were looking for. He didn’t hesitate and ran several options past us. After a few cars, a Tundra caught my eye. Here’s where Ricardo took his time. He kept working to see why we liked the truck and what needs we might have. He ended up showing us a truck that would meet our requirements and fit in our budget. Very long story short, my wife and I left in a brand new truck today. The experience was a good one. I would recommend heading over and asking for Ricardo to anyone.

I had been looking for a new car for several months and was disappointed by the poor attitude of sale associates at various car dealers in the area. Car shopping can be stressful and is not an easy process. I called Conicelli and spoke with Michael in internet sales and told him how frustrated I was with the car buying process in general and that I was looking for a sales person who was professional, responsive, communicative, and could provide good customer service. He said he understood my concerns and referred me to James Joseph at Conicelli who was an awesome sales person! I wanted a Toyota RAV4 hybrid, and the trim, specs, color I wanted was on back order for a few months. I did several test drives with James and finally worked with him to put a $1000 deposit to hold the RAV4. That’s a lot of money to trust with a dealer and I was initially concerned that I would not hear from them once I gave my money. However, James put me at ease and made sure to continually update me each week either by phone or email about the status of my car. He even alerted me when he was going on vacation so that I would not be alarmed if there was a delay in response. I had A LOT of questions about the RAV4 and the car buying process while waiting for the car to come in. James was patient and answered all of my questions via email and through phone calls. After a 6 week wait, my RAV4 came in mid August a few days earlier than expected and I could not be happier with my new SUV and working with James! Thanks so much James for getting me into my new RAV4 and providing great customer service.
