He had mentioned buying a new truck but i told him no. We drove both trucks and upon parking I noticed a new truck he didn’t show me in the inventory. Long story short it was a decent deal to begin with and he sweeten the pot enough that it ended up being almost the same price as the pre-owned. All in all he spent almost 6 hours with me to make sure I got what i wanted/needed. Very happy with Ricardo and Conicelli.

- PHPat HunterJan 4, 20264.0I just want to give a shout out for the customer relations manager, Paula DiGiacomo, who helped resolve a problem for us. We purchased a Toyota sienna 2 years ago, and we were told that we had run flat tires. During our annual inspection with a private mechanic, he informed us we needed new tires, but that the tires we had on our vehicle were not run flats. We were very upset because our salesman, George Quigley, had told us the reason we didn’t have a spare tire was because we had run flat tires. We reached out to George first, and he told us there was nothing he could do because it was two years since we had purchased the van. We were quite upset because we had been misinformed about the type of tires we had. We reached out to Paula DiGiacomo and she was more than helpful. She was able to get us a spare tire and she was pleasant and easy to work with. Employees like Paula are such an asset to a big company like Toyota. We had vowed never to return and buy another Toyota because of what had happened to us with George. Paula changed our mind completely because she went above and beyond even though it was two years since we had purchased the vehicle. She understood our frustration and the fact that how would we know that we didn’t have the type of tires that the sales person told us we had until we had a flat or needed replacements. Thank you again, Paula for outstanding customer service!

He reached out to follow the online lead, he got me into the dealer and out within 2 hours. He even asked if I had particular things I needed with my next vehicle and made sure I got it. My credit is only fair but I drove off the lot in a 2026. It’s pretty amazing what he’s doing there. Thank you Tony in finance for the great conversation about staying financially literate and planning ahead. Plus, there are many perks to shopping at Conicelli so I will be back for Isaiah and Tony soon!

As an update, I recently got a flat tire and had to go to another dealership to get the tire replaced. The other dealership did not honor the total tire protection package I had purchased and ended up charging us for the repair. We called Blendi to let him know and he and the Conicelli team went above and beyond in fighting for us to get reimbursed for the tire. We just got the check in the mail for the reimbursement today. I can’t thank Blendi and Conicelli for treating us so well, even when they didn’t do the repair. They stand by their customers for the long run. We’ll be sure to recommend Blendi and Conicelli to anyone looking to buy a car.
