  The atmosphere of the dealership, while physically polished, masks an underlying culture of high-pressure sales tactics that feel outdated and predatory. I expected a level of service commensurate with the Nissan brand; however, the lack of accountability regarding a mechanical issue identified during the delivery process was particularly disappointing. Rather than addressing the fault, the management attempted to minimize the concern, suggesting a lack of commitment to vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.

  I’m a little embarrassed it took me so long to write this review, but better late than never! I purchased my car here about 2 years ago, and over the last four weeks I’ve had to come back three times for a small issue with the car. While most people would probably be frustrated by that, I honestly wasn’t- because every experience here so far has been top tier. From the moment I purchased my car to every visit since, I’ve received nothing but stellar service. From Justine, who sold me the car, to every single person in the service center- everyone I’ve spoken to over the phone to book appointments, the gentleman who checks you in when you first pull in (probably more than one but I had the same person every time), and every service desk employee- has been consistently kind, personable, and honest. It’s truly impressive that you’ve managed to find so many genuinely nice people and bring them together in one place! Whoever does the hiring- A+.

  I cannot say enough great things about Ralston Hamilton at Nissan Conicelli. After purchasing a brand-new car only months earlier, I was devastated to experience serious issues with both the transmission and fuel pump. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Ralston truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From start to finish, he showed genuine patience, professionalism, and empathy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and most importantly, kept his word when he said he would find a solution that we would be happy with. True to his promise, he worked diligently to get my car repaired in a timely manner, advocating for me every step of the way. What stood out the most was how much he genuinely cared.   Knowledgeable and efficient staff, the process is quick and easy. I'd shop here again. No-pressure sales, they did not pressure me with extra sales, and they were both humorous and honest. We did not have to wait any significant time for attention, and from test driving to driving away with our new car, I was very pleased with the ease with which the dealership did business. Armen went above and beyond to source the perfect one from another dealership. His communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, and he made sure everything was seamless.
