Took the dead battery here only for them to tell me I can’t pick up a new one. Had to go through a process when I needed the battery now. I don’t have time to schedule an appointment or pay to have the car towed for the service team to place a simple battery in. Should just be able to give me a replacement battery. Unbelievable, and extremely inconvenient.

Nick was attentive and kept me informed the whole way while his team did a nice job on the vehicle. Also thankful to the technician who works on my car for his certification and knowledge of this car that is difficult to find in the area. I would recommend getting service done here and asking for Nick.
