  By far the best Honda dealer in the area! We had a great experience working with Bryan C at Conicelli. He was kind, patient, and super helpful in ensuring we were making an informed decision. My family and I felt super confident and advocated for throughout our time working with him! It was clear from the beginning that Bryan, and all others we worked with along the way, were really focused on our needs and ensuring we felt great about our decision rather than making the sale. Not your average car dealer/car salesman, in the best way possible! Go to Conicelli if you’re looking for a stress free and professional experience!

  The Conicelli Protection Plan is misleading. The exclusions are written so broadly they exclude almost everything. I’ve had two interior claims denied because of fine print. Most recently, Safe-Guard told me a tear in my steering wheel would be covered. Conicelli sent me to their collision center, only for them to refuse the repair. After that, both Conicelli and Safe-Guard said it was not covered after all. Service Manager Joe’s response was essentially “nothing we can do.” Entire morning wasted. Separate issue. When I bought the car, additional protection plans were added without being clearly explained. I just discovered, two years later, that I paid for a hydrophobic windshield coating. No one mentioned it at delivery or during two years of free oil changes. In my experience, the protection products sold here do not deliver what is implied at purchase. I will not be buying from Conicelli again.

  Having bought my CRV at Conicelli 11 yrs ago, we went back to look at options. We already looked online at their inventory for certified pre owned , we wanted a CRV EXL . Contemplating between a certified pre owned and a new CRV we went first inside the showroom to check the 2026. Only to be told to go out to the lot and look at the cars by ourselves , sales guy did not even give his name, just told us to go back inside if we find something we like.. After looking at the lot , we walked to the used sales office. Right away Santos introduced himself , we stayed for a few hours and we left with a 2025 CRV EXL . Santos was great, he clearly explained everything without being pushy. The entire process went smoothly. Thank you Santos.

From the moment I walked in, David was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the features clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was his transparency and patience. There was no pressure, no gimmicks—just honest guidance and excellent customer service. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which is not something you can always say about buying a car. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for David.   God evening Google Family. I visited Conicelli Honda to ask a question. Maddie is the nice young lady who was working at the desk. I asked her about the Citizens Bank that is supposed to be nearby. She told me exactly where it is but it is a long walk. I told her I was on foot, just leaving my Lyft ride. I am going to see Strangers 3 at the Regal Plymouth Meeting right across the street. I decided not to go with all the snow that is still around and I would be half walking in the street and trying to find the sidewalk to walk on since it is still covered with snow. No one did any serious shoveling here, just the bare minimum. Just like in Philly, many cars still have not dug out and a lot of the side streets are still snow covered. Maddie was so nice, friendly and so congenial to me. She told me to get a cup of coffee or something hot since it is cold outside. I must say that it is not as cold as it has been. Also Maddie told me that I could use the rest room if I needed to. It blew my mind that Maddie was so nice to me because I was not here to purchase a vehicle. I already have a 2019 Honda Pilot, that I purchased from the dealership at Martin's Honda in Ardmore, PA. I told Maddie when I am in the market of purchasing another vehicle, that I would come here. I felt so warm and comfortable after speaking with Maddie and enjoying my nice, hot coffee. The rest room was nice and clean, equipped with paper towels, soap and a soap dispenser. The showroom was clean and neat with various model cars. When I finished my coffee and used the rest room, I said good bye to Maddie and to another one of the gentlemen employed here. Maddie deserves a bonus and a raise. I am off to see "Strangers 3 at the Regal Plymouth Meeting across the street. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous, active and mobile especially for people over 50 years of age.
