    From start to finish the dealership made our sales experience awesome- from the moment we first entered the dealership to when left it was one of the most pleasant experiences, I have ever had in buying a vehicle- Our sales guy was Chase, he was spectacular and in every way possible- he listened to what we were looking for and took his time with us and did not make us feel like we were. From taking a test drive to helping with our insurance carrier he was all around a great person and I would highly recommend anyone to go to Conicelli Honda for your next automobile - Thank you, Conicelli Honda!     After walking in to checkout a new Passport I was directed to the front desk who then connected me to a sales rep. When the front desk realized I’ve never been to the dealership before they tried to create a full customer profile on me which I declined, but doing so upset them. But why would I want to provide that kind of information before I’ve even seen a vehicle? Once a deal is struck I get it but until then it feels like a needless barrier. The sales rep I got was then very nice and showed me a passport, but he didn’t know differences between trims and instead handed me a piece of paper with the highlights. Minutes before going here I was at multiple other dealerships looking at other vehicles and Honda was the only one that outright couldn’t answer basic questions about the vehicle such as: what is the towing capacity, how many mpg does it get, what does the next trim up get me, and so forth. Overall while not the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership by far sales not appearing to know their products does concern me.

    We’ve purchased several vehicles from Conicelli over the years and continue to come back because of consistently great service. This was our first time working with Hakim, and he was fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible and even helped us pull off a surprise for our son’s first car, which meant so much to our family. Although this was our first experience with Hakim, the level of service was completely consistent with what we’ve always received at Conicelli. Highly recommend!

    Initially, I reached out to Conicelli via their website and the AI personna... giving it my requirements for a new leased Accord. A sales rep reached out to me within minutes of me submitting my requirements. Then, a second sales rep reached out! Ignoring the second rep because he claimed to be my sales rep LAST time (which he wasn't), I called the first rep, Dana. She was great... knowledgeable, a great listener, and obviously anxious to make the sale (actually a lease deal). At the end of the evening, Dana reached back for some details and thanked me for my business. Transaction was scheduled for the following morning. When I arrived at the dealership, Dana came out and introduced herself. She also introduced Jordan, who would facilitate the transaction (e.g. show me my new vehicle, take my vehicle for a trade-in evaluation, and handled some of the details with the Finance Manager, Becca (who was really WAY too nice to be a FM!). The transaction went very smooth. The car is wonderful (so far) and seems like a better version of my old Accord! I originally started a relationship with Conicelli because my home is down the street from the Conicelli family and my previous experience with Piazza in Limerick was a serious disappointment. Thank you again to all of the wonderful folks that made it happen: Dana, Jordan, and Becca. Happy New Year!/jp

    I had a very disappointing experience with the parts department at Conicelli Honda in Conshohocken PA. When I called to ask about transmission fluid for a Honda Odyssey, the person who answered was not helpful or polite. Even though I provided the model year and later the exact part number, he kept insisting he couldn’t help without a VIN. When he finally gave me a rough price estimate, he wouldn’t look up or confirm the exact amount. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. When I expressed that it seemed like he was busy and not trying to help, he repeated that he needed a VIN. I pointed out that this is a very common Honda transmission fluid, and before the conversation could continue, he hung up on me. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I left the call feeling very unsatisfied and wouldn’t want others to go through the same experience.
