  Absolute joke of an experience. I called them on a Monday morning about a used car on their website. The receptionist checked with a salesman and confirmed the car was on the lot and asked if I wanted to setup a test drive. I setup for later in the day. Drove over an hour, walked in to the used car office and gave them my info. Receptionist could not find my appointment. After showing them my confirmation e-mail and standing around for 20 mins they found me in the system. Then proceeded to tell me the car was down at their service center, we could drive down and take a look at it. Drove down the road, car was inside the garage and everyone left for the day. Back at the office employees just stood around, some arguing with each other. Then they said the car needed parts. Would not have even driven there but they said the car was ready to go. Stood around for another 15mins. then walked out. The most unprofessional clown show I've witnessed in a while. Had 18k cash ready to hand over but clearly these people don't care about new customers. Then get a call today, the car is coming to the lot, if you get here in an hour you can buy it, but other people are coming to see it. Really, don't waste your time with these con artists. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague

  Excellent service experience during our first visit to Conicelli. A special note of thanks to Mr. Bill DeSpirito, who was very professional and super responsive at every stage, from our initial quote to parts ordering to scheduling to completion. Definitely superior to other Toyota dealers in the area and our "go to" for service going forward. Highly recommended.

  I had another excellent vehicle purchasing experience with my friends at Conicelli Toyota at Conshohocken. Rob Poff (salesman), David Rivera (sales manager), Saymon Ahmed (sales manager) and my old friend, Michael Shulski (finance manager) all worked together as a team to provide excellent customer service and guidance. I am happy with my new 2026 RAV4 and will suggest to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota to shop at Conicelli. Bob S

  Utterly disgusting, intimidating and bullish, high pressure sales tactics! April 18: Had an appointment for 2.30 PM. We wanted to checkout few options and had doubts on specs, packages and pricing. Until the rep was handling us, it was still fine although there was a bit of sales pressure felt. But the moment he went in and sent his manager SAYMON AHMED, who started coming off at us with a BIG MAN attitude trying to intimidate and kept asking us loudly “ARE WE MAKING A PURCHASE TODAY!”. And he goes on boasting “We are the top dealership in PA”. He continuously tried being intimidating, pushing and tried real hard to belittle us. Funnily enough, I’m reading through all their negative reviews and see the same name SAYMON AHMED treating customers in a dismissive manner with immense attitude. That’s it, you lose a customer and never recommending anyone to Conicelli again. Right after this incident, we went to a different dealership and closed a deal within the next hour. All of that was possible due to their top-notch customer experience! You have to understand making sales and adding up numbers may be important for you but if you don’t know how to respect your customer, then you better not be in a customer facing business.

  I took my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid in for service, oil change, tire rotation, annual inspection. While they did the service quickly I have never felt less cared for as a Toyota customer than here. The operation and facility are the most basic I’ve ever seen. This was the first Toyota dealer to not provide a multi point inspection report, and the first to apparently not report any of my service to Toyota or CarFax/Car Care. The printed invoice looked like it fell out of the mid 1990s. I will be finding a more modern Toyota dealer for future service.
