  We purchased a used RAV4 from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. The vehicle arrived with severely worn brake pads and rotors that caused shaking when braking, and it was not detailed at all despite being presented as ready for sale. When we brought the car back to have the brakes fixed, they completed that repair but still did not detail the vehicle as requested, the car was disgusting on the inside. We’re going to have to pay for professional detailing ourselves to make the car safe and presentable for our family. I do not recommend this dealership.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  My daughter was looking for a new car after being in an accident in February, we looked in all our surrounding areas but we were not having any luck with the safety features as well as them not driving “like new” Fortunately, earlier this month we got connected with Maachi who listened to my safety concerns and how important it was for her to have blind spot monitoring, rear view camera (with the alert), etc. Maachi located a Buick Encore (which my daughter preferred) in less than an hour! Not to mention it drives like it’s brand new. Maachi made it easier for me to not worry as much while my daughter is on the road. He also made the process quicker than expected! If you know what you are looking for already (or even if you don’t) i recommend you stop in and see Maachi, great customer service and really knows how to get you in something you not only like but that you love!.

  I was in a car accident in February and have been looking for a car since, i knew exactly what i had in mind but was unable to find what i wanted until earlier this month when i contacted Maachi for assistance. He found me the EXACT car i was looking for including color, all the safety features i wanted, etc. He made the process very simple for me and as quick as possible. I am SO grateful and happy to have been helped by him!

  Great experience overall. I worked with Carlos on the phone during the week and went to see the car on Saturday. I was out the door with my new car in just over 2 hours. Highly recommend.

  Some people are just nice! My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Carlos Navarro at Conicelli Honda, a super person. Over a few weeks, we met with him to consider our next car purchase. No pressure, no hype, just solid information and the assurance that he had our back. Finally, we took the plunge and purchased my dream car! Without Carlos, I doubt it would have happened. Carlos made sure I did not settle and he got us a price no other dealer could beat. We are thrilled! But, more importantly, we made a friend. Cars are replaceable. Friends are not.
