    Garbage they said they fixed my window turns out they didn’t they broke it even more continued to argue about it saying it was like that then tried to fix my back up camera completely broke it wanted me to pay outta pocket for something they broke to begin with place is a joke I wouldn’t even give them 1 star then never got back to me about the recalls service department is trash they all need fired

    Meegan Ford of Connellsville, Pa, your whole service department is absolutely horrible! If I could give a negative star review I absolutely would without hesitation! I severely warn anyone to not go to Meegan for service ESPECIALLY if you did not purchase your vehicle from them. I dropped my car off on August 5th, 2025. I just picked it up today. It’s been a month and three days. They have no desire to do things swiftly there. After delay upon delay on meegans part, they decide they want to blame the warranty company for taking a week even though from the time the claim was filed, when Bailey decided to send them the pictures they asked for and when the warranty company sent them back the approval, it wasn't even a full week. From the time Bailey sent the picture to them and they got back to them with an answer, it took two days. But we will say a week. Meegan took over three and a half weeks to do a quoted time of sixteen hours of labor. Yet they wanted to blame the warranty company for being the delay. When asked for a loaner I was told by Chuck Smith the gm that I can’t get a loaner because I didn’t purchase the car there. He then said he would look at my bill and see what they can do. I go today to pick it up my bill is 205 and some odd cents. I said what did he take off? They said the one time hardware fee. I said he absolutely did not. Turns out they didn’t charge me for two hardware parts that THEY forgot to order. One being fifteen dollars and the other being twelve. I had no problem paying my deductible. Anyways, they tried arguing with me saying he did. I was quoted 74 dollars without taxes for the one time hardware charge. Which originally I was ok with paying that. Until it took them over three weeks to do sixteen hours of labor. Bailey then tells me your warranty paid 3000+ dollars what would you like to pay? Like I am suppose to be ok with them not making things right because the warranty THAT I purchased paid for the majority of the car? So Bailey from service department, the other vile lady that works with you and Chuck Smith, your all three awful people to work with. Your attitudes are absolutely terrible. Your customer service is pathetic. If anyone is seriously considering going to the service department there I would highly advise you not to! They are the absolute worst people to deal with. I was yelled at talked to like I was stupid and made to feel terrible because I wanted them to make things right.

    We worked with Bob to get 3 commercial vehicles set up. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! What a great, fast and efficient team to work with. Assisted us end to end getting the units delivered safely across the country! Highly recommend Bob and team
