A year and a half later, we are being told that the roof has extensive water damage. According to Brooks, it is due to a lack of maintenance...??? This trailer is NOT EVEN TWO YEARS OLD!!!! They obviously sold my mother a defective or damaged trailer. Be careful buying from this place.

No pressure to buy but when you do they expedite the process and spend all the time needed to go over all operating systems and safety features. After a horrible experience at one of the largest RV dealers Brooks was a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a RV this is the company to buy from. Wonderful people and products.
