I didn't have my vehicle as it was snowed in. At checkout, the AZ employee offered to replace them and when I told him I didn't have my vehicle with me, he told me to stop in when I could and they would replace them for me. I just stopped in, and the store manager, Kim, replaced them. She was very kind and very helpful. I recommend AutoZone for all you auto needs.

After working all day I tried doing the plugs on my girls car and the plugs didn't fit. I bought a set for my truck while I was there, and they were wrong too. Huge waist of my time. They did take care of it for me, but I had to take them back and exchange them for the correct ones. I can see making a mistake, but how you sell someone 2 wrong things in the same transaction? How many other people did she send out the door with the wrong parts in the bag?
