- HBHaven BontzAug 12, 20251.0I brought in a 2022 Toyota Camry SE AWD with 31,000 miles for a deer hit. I was told it would be a two week job. There was zero Communication from the shop that the car would take longer than expected UNTIL the car had already been there for 2 weeks. After a month I'm able to get the car. Now the AC they installed doesn't work. There's defects on the bumper and bumper trim. Noticeable difference in the gap between the headlight and the hood on either side. Every spot weld on the radiator support was left as bare metal. There's loose plastic connectors and metal shavings through the engine bay. Plus the car is now making a loud whining noise and feels like it's about to stall going around turns. This car was is perfect working condition before the collision with the deer. I bring this to the attention of the general manager as well as the technician. They claim that this is not from the deer hit and will not work on the vehicle anymore. Long story short.. after one month of Centerline Collision working on my car I still do not have a vehicle that is able to be driven safely. Stay away from this place.

My insurance company required that I go there for an estimate...I was going to have it fixed elsewhere but after seeing Ron's attention to detail I decided to let centerline do the work. His office manager is very professional and respectful. Turn around time was fast to get my vehicle back to me...thanks for your help...
