I went back and forth to the Collingdale location 3 times because of the issues I was experiencing. Yasmeen and Daron stuck with me the entire time, assisting me and making sure all the parts are correct and properly installed. This, by far, was the best experience I have ever had at an Auto store. They didn't make me feel incompetent or stupid and we joked and laughed about the whole scenario. Top teir customer service. As long as they are there, this location will be the place I shop for my car needs.
- PRPhilip RowlesDec 31, 20251.0Their die hard batteries are absolute trash , they take the batteries that are bad put a charge on them and give them back out , I had to exchange mine 3 times before I said this is crazy ( took my car to Ford to check everything on it thank God everything was fine ) the company bought out die hard brand ( sears) and totally slapped the sticker on bad cores garbage 🗑️ then they said they can only exchange not return my money the manager and other guys working in this store are useless don't go for a battery or you will regret it.
