  Rented a Genesis GV70 to drive to Virginia Beach. Initially placed reservation with Pottstown office but cancelled when I learned they could not accommodate my request. Collegeville staff were excellent; process was painless and vehicle was perfect for 3 passengers and a bunch of stuff.

  Sam and Jack were professional, solution-oriented, informative and good communicators. Process was smooth overall and I appreciated the offer and ability to contact directly by text with any needs. Price, selection and location were all good for me. Car was new, clean and reliable. Will think of them first for future rental needs.

  Enterprise has the most amazing customer service. They will actually meet you at the service center where you’re having a repair done with your rental car, and then come and pick the car up when your service is completed. And all in a very timely manner. You can’t beat that for Customer Service.
