So I reserved a car through Costco after confirming that there is a mini van available only for them to tell me that there is none available after reaching this location with a confirmed reservation number.. Now I’m stranded trying to figure out what to do. I seriously fail to understand why would Costco let me book through their website and send me a confirmation when there was no car available in the first place. Avoid!!

I was shocked when I found out it wasn't like running the show. He went from one customer to next to make sure they were well taken care of.

They were very friendly and helpful. My initial reservation was sent to another state by my insurance company. Tim Q. was able to quickly locate the reservation and called the other office to move my reservation to the Collegeville location. Tim was friendly and professional. He immediately worked to locate a car for me, offered me a number of choices, then quickly processed my reservation. All the documentation was handled electronically, and he quickly arrived with the SUV I requested. The car was very clean and ready to go. Turning in the car was also very easy and efficient. I was quickly greeted at the door. The inspection and documentation only took a couple of minutes, and I was on my way. I would like to thank Tim Q. and the rest of the Collegeville team for helping make my rental experience a great one. They are very customer driven. Thank you!

Employee and manager gave me the run around, then tried to up sell on a different product. After taking the smaller model, was then grilled about why I should buy additional insurance. Worst experience renting a car.
