- AHAndrew HockenbrochJan 30, 20265.0I was a few miles away when I went from one blown tire and a plan to get tires later in the day to three usable tires and a spare that had also decided to leave it's rim. I was just passing through and have no one in the area I could rely on. I knew it was 20 minutes before opening, but I tried calling Mavis anyway. Aaron answered in spite of the time and was kind and helpful. Together with Shawn, they went above and beyond, assisting me with getting a ride for myself and one of the tires to Mavis and back to my car, Shawn even helped with changing the tire at the location my vehicle became inoperable before I returned to Mavis to get the s cond tire and make sure they were properly installed. In addition to going above and beyond, before calling Mavis, I noted that off site service is something Mavis offers at a cost starting at $99. Aaron and Shawn offered their kindness without a mention of this and without charging it. I pass through somewhat regularly and will remember this when I have needs related to tires on the future.
