- TET EDec 22, 20251.0Please DO NOT waste your time at this location! I came in today for a SCHEDULED state inspection. I was told that my appointment was scheduled at the wrong location. I showed them the email confirmation, the screenshot and the voicemail they left me YESTERDAY morning confirming my appointment for today. I even returned the call and confirmed my appointment date and time. The guy told me that my appointment was for yesterday, and again I showed him proof that it was scheduled for today. He then told me, “well somebody messed up”. I asked to be accommodated since it wasn’t my fault. The guy working next to him told me that I could still get an inspection but it would be HOURS or I would have to leave my car with them because they have 3 inspections in front of me. I told them that it’s not my fault that someone messed up my appointment and my appointment should be honored because I have the email confirmation, a screenshot and a voicemail. He refused to honor my appointment and didn’t even apologize. Terrible customer service! I am telling everyone I know!
