I called and the gentleman at the front desk was super professional. I truly appreciate that. I came in at 8am and was out 45mins later for an oil change. Originally, I was told there would be a 90 min wait but look at God🙌🏾

While experiencing not so good service at a Good Year service center about an alignment packet that I purchased in Clifton Heights. I notified them on the phone while I was there and they told me to bring it over to them and they will take care of it and so I did Kyle, Justin and ASHLEI when above and beyond we’re taking care of them and was very polite, kind and explain every question to me that I asked them. There were five cars ahead of me, but they got me out pretty quick. I promise now that I will never go to another. Good Year only theirs in Cliff in Clifton Heights Thanks guys for such a great job
