Strongly recommend against going here. The actual repairs seem okay, and the tires are Goodyear, but the guy at the front desk, Joe, is either just really bad at his job or doesn't care, or both. Communication was poor, didn't even ask which tires I'd like, and argued with me when I asked for a specific model, and he seemed to almost resent my business. I'll never go here again, and strongly suggest you don't either.

Short story...THEY NEVER FIXED WHAT I TOLD THEM TO FIX DISREGARDED WHAT I SAID FIXED WHAT THEY THOUGHT WHAT WAS THE ISSUE NOW I HAVE THE SAME ISSUES FROM BEFORE AND NEW ISSUES BECAUSE THEY NEVER LISTEN TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. I TOLD THEM I NEEDED A TUNE UP AND CAMSHAFT SENSORS . THEY RECOMMENDED EVERYTHING ELSE ...AFTER ME GOING TO MY MECHANIC THEY SAID I STILL NEED A TUNE UP, CAM SHAFTS SENSORS BECAUSE THEY ONLY CHANGED ONE...I HAVE TWO AND NOW HAVING ISSUES WITH MY FUEL INJECTORS....JUST RUNNNNN...I SPENT SO MANY HOURS AND MONEY DRIVING BACK N FORTH N MONEY TRYING TO FIX WHAT THEY MESSED UP.JUST RUN....
LONG story
On 10/18/2025 my mother recommended this Goodyear (CliftonHeights,Pa).Now I need my car to provide for my kids after fleeing a domestic violence situation ( I had to move out of state to a neighboring state from Pa). I went here in good faith. I previously went to my own mechanic and they said that I needed a cam shaft sensor and a tune up thats it. I didnt go back to my mechanic because my ex who physically abused me went to that mechanic as well. I didnt feel comfortable going to that mechanic without getting a Emergency PFA for myself due to an assault that happened on 10/15. So, I went here in good faith. When I arrived I told the manager all I need is a tune up and a cam shaft sensor changed. This was based on my mechanics diagnostic test.The manager(Kyle Grant) completely disregarded what I said and recommended that I needed everything extra than what I said. He recommended my fuel injectors needs to be fixed not specifying which one) and I trusted what the manager(Kyle Grant) said. When I left they recommended that I need a new computer for my car because there is a code still for a camshaft sensor and I may need a tune up. After spending over $900 and spending all day there literally 10am-6pm. The next day my car starting smoking. I checked my oil and the oil was dirty. I took the car to my mechanic that following weekend. I needed to get an oil change and my mechanic changed my oil. They put my car on the computer; my mechanic said, "that my fuel injectors needs to be worked on and I need a cam shaft sensor because they only changed one (I have two camshaft sensors)". Also, I still need a tune up as a result of the codes. I went back to Goodyear ( Clifton Heights,Pa) 11/1. Telling them that I have issues with my fuel injectors that they worked and I never initially had issues with my fuel injectors until they worked on my fuel injectors. Also, I need a cam shaft sensor and they only changed one. There is nothing wrong with the computer in my car they only changed one not two. So, the Goodyear(Clifton Heights) hooked my car up to their computer and they stated that my car needs a tune up , issues with my fuel injectors and camshaft sensor ( yea because you only changed one) . If the manager Kyle Grant would've just listen to what I said.... and not disregarded me I wouldn't have new issues with my fuel injectors that they messed with in the first place. Never had issues with them before they messed with them. If they only just gave me a tune up and changed my camshaft sensors not just one but both ...
I wouldn't have to be spending more money.
Now I have issues with my fuel injector, codes for camshaft sensor and codes for a tune up. They never apologized for my inconvenience and Manager(Kyle Grant) was very inconsiderate didnt listen to me in the first place. When I asked for his card ; he said that he was sick of me. If this is how Goodyear (Clifton Heights) treat their customer ...go somewhere else. I used this car to make money for my kids and myself after leaving my crazy EX. Moving to another state and I can't afford now fixing their negligence. Please just save yourself go somewhere else.

What’s the point of making an appointment if you end up waiting 5+ hours anyways?? I brought my car in at 11am. A tire installation shouldn’t take the entire work day. Shoulda been 1-2 hours tops. Friendly staff but the wasted time is crazy to me. I’m never bringing my car here again…Don’t bring your car here unless you have time to waste!

I made an appointment online the day before for 11 AM next day for State Inspection and also clicked on “waiting at the premises”(while my car being serviced). I arrived on time. The desk staff didn’t even greeting me. He quickly said the internet is down and took my information. I waited for 2 hours but no acknowledgement from the two desk staff. Then a technician saw that I have been waiting for a long time came and asked what car do I have and went to the repair area. While I was waiting I asked the desk staff to see on Goodyear records when I brought my car in for 4 brand new tires. He didn’t even look on his computer and told me that he has to look at the service invoice to give me that information?!?! Here are my complaints about my experience today at this Goodyear location:
The 2 desk staff were not nice and ignoring me, but they were nice and friendly to other white and black female customers. One was on his personal phone when I waited to get his attention. Then he put it away and started working on his computer. He completely ignored me when I stood in front of him! When my car was finished the one staff kept talking and answering the phone. Then took his time finally to give me the bill. He didn't even say a word to me!
I made appointment ahead of time but I had to wait from 11 AM - 2:30 PM just for a state inspection. Perhaps they rather serviced cars that would be paying more for services!!
This is my third time at this location. In 2023 I got 4 brand new tires. In 2024 I got state inspection and discounted $5 on Emmision exemption. However they charged me $29.99 for Smart Tumbler Interior Deodorize Treatment! I was just now looking at my bill and see this extra! I didn’t request for this service and don't even know what it is! Make Sure To Check Your Bill !! Today after I went home and looked at the bill they didn’t take off the $5 for Emmision exemption!
The technicians were nice and helpful. They explained everything clearly to me. However they were all tried to pick the big jobs first before all of the little jobs which earned them less money.
I WILL NOT COME BACK EVER AGAIN!
