I was in a real jam (figuratively and literally) because I was out of gas and I needed to get gas in order to get to work (in Newark!) tomorrow but my gas cap was jammed on and wouldn't budge! I rolled up without an appointment or even a heads' up call and they figured out the issue and fixed it quickly. Phew! My family will definitely be back!
