    I booked a sedan because I had several miles to drive over 5 days. I reserved the sedan more than a week in advance. When I arrived, only 2 pickup trucks were available. Gas mileage was DREADFUL! Pickup only got 23 mpg, while the sedan would have gotten 30-33 mpg at the least. Much more fuel needed which resulted in higher fuel cost. No compensation was offered, and no apology was given. If I use Enterprise again, it will NOT be the Chester Springs, PA location. Have had 2 bad experiences there. Why reserve a car if you can’t get the car you reserve? I find it completely unprofessional to force a pickup truck on me or be left with nothing. I also find it disappointing and unprofessional that no apology or compensation was offered. Poor customer service. In addition, they text you at the start of your rental to give you a direct line of communication if there are problems during your rental. That text line is never monitored. You are left hanging. Even when mentioned at the end of a rental, no explanation is given for not responding. I have 3 more rental opportunities in the next 6 weeks, and I’m researching other options

    Amazing experience and customer service! The staff were awesome Robert and Niral were super helpful. I will definitely rent from this location again.
