  Ever since the switch from Davies Ford to Gerry Raymond Ford I haven't had the best experience mind you this is my 4th edge st bc I luv the SUV that much lately my edge has been seen feb25,25 for the drivers heated seat told we needed a part ok np the screen glitches and mind u that's how u control your air, heated seats, etc they reprogrammed my SUV 5 times not even outta Charleroi it started glitching again so much that the passenger heated seat turned it's self on and was burning my partners private area I had to pull over and switch him seats my edge was serviced again March 23,26 for the screen the gentleman in the service area in front stated the screen needed an update told me it would take a couple hours ok np I walked up to McDonald's killed some time right around 4:30 we were being rushed out bc they closed at 5 kept saying we can run the update another 10 mins and hope for the best my partner went to talk to the technician and he stated the car needed to be running and that it takes about 8-9 hrs for this update I work two jobs impossible for me to sit at FORD for that long I HAVE THE BEST WARRANTY FORD OFFERS WHICH IS PREMIUM WHICH STATES I GET A LOANER VEHICLE technician again said then Ford needs to make that happen we mention this to the guy in front of service to be told we don't have loaner vehicles anymore WHICH WAS A DEAD FACE LIE WHILE SITTING IN SERVICE A WOMEN CAME IN BC THEY CALLED ABOUT HER BRAKES AND SOMETHING SHAKING THE WHOLE FRONT OF TRUCK SHE THAN SHOWS THE GUY IN THE FRONT WHO SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE LOANERS A PICTURE THAT THE ROTOR WAS RUSTY FROM THE WEATHER SHE STATED "THE TRUCK YALL GAVE ME WHILE MINES HERE" "HE SAID ITS FROM THE WEATHER" needless to say I was lied to it's now April 2,26 my parts still not in for my heated seat I keep being told " WERE AT THE MERCY OF FORD" NO IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE LIKE THIS FROM THE OLD OWNER JIM DAVIE IM IN NO MEANS HAPPY ABOUT WHAT IM BEING PUT THROUGH FORD NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT IM HEATED BUT I CAN TELL U I WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS LOCATION 😞

  Whoever’s driving the Super Duty with the Raymond Ford decals and Dealer plates that decided to get drunk at Primanti tonight and fly in reverse the wrong way down a one way street almost hitting pedestrians and THE FULL SIZE CAR coming the correct way to the road shouldn’t have a license let alone a truck that size.
