- MNMa Ri NaSep 10, 20255.0Giving 5 stars for getting me into the shop but correcting YOUR body shop mistake has been a nightmare after you got your money from my claim. After missing my appointment to correct this error (which was on your part & I was beyond kind when others wouldn’t) I called after not once but THREE times to remake the appointment. The front desk staff told me I’d get a call back (never did) & not sure why a manager would need to call me back and not just proceed to make me another appointment! When I initially picked up my vehicle & pointed this out the woman at the desk on left when you walk in was nice about the error & ensured they’d fix it also very well aware that I wasn’t just gonna continue to drive my car with THIS on it, you have made ZERO attempt to reach me to fix this error you guaranteed me you would!

- OEOnagar ElderJun 25, 20251.0Gerber services vehicles they look at have ended up not working, making addition noises after they've been looked at. They will give you, working hard to earn your money a higher estimate telling you it will likely cost more once they do the repairs because they likely will see more damage. They will then go give the insurance company such as The Hartford/AARP an massive discount, if your collecting a check they will reduce it significantly in favor of the insurance company, a vehicle also stopped working. Yet, the insurance company, Hartford, AARP will tell you to just go in, to only find out you must call first to be seen. The relationship between insurance company and Gerber is anti customer in effect, causing you to lose out. Avoiding any businesses as these is advised, because any because you deserve a business that cares about their customers, vehicles not dying right after they look at it, a fair and honest estimate, but they inflate the estimate for the customer, reduce an about $2,000 estimate by several hundred dollars in favor of the big insurance customers, while they could just be fair and give the customer the lower estimate directly! If they were fair and honest, the estimate wouldn't be about almost $500 less in favor of the insurance. The vehicle went in working fine, busted the next morning, the starter. The muffler noise started right on leaving Gerber only, not a second before and the vehicle ran perfectly for two weeks after the damage. They are in bed with the big insurance companies, do business with Gerber Charleroi, Speers at your own risk, beware.
