  Had a piece of metal puncture a tire and was able to get a quick repair even though the repair ran them past their closing time. Thanks to Cortney for fitting us in and Cooper for staying late and performing the patch to get us back on the road.

  Traveling through the Chambersburgh area I stopped for a quick shop at department store no longer in my town. When I returned to my vehicle , I noticed a warning that my tire was very low. Thankfully , I was able to fill up the tire not too far away. I went to the walmart to purchase a fix of flat just in case. When I return to the vehicle , the tire was barely holding air. There were three garages along the way , and every single one was closed. It was in the later afternoon on a Saturday. Thankfully , google maps directed me toward the only open place in the area. Mr. Tire. I called the establishment to let them know I was on my way if they could squeeze me in. Being that they close within a half hour of my arrival time. I spoke with Jacob and he said stop in they were in until six. Upon arrival we were greeted with authentic kindness and quickly jumped into help me get back on the road. Jacob & Andrew helped me in my emergency. Thank guys appreciate you

  Sunday morning and coming to visit. Ran over a large screw and Mr Tire happened to be open. It was clutch and was taken care of with a smile! Keep up the good work

  I spent way too long in my garage wrestling a lawn mower tire that absolutely refused to seat its bead—even though I’ve fixed this exact tire twice before. Tried all the tricks… ratchet strap, soapy water, sweet talking it—nothing. At that point, I was about one bad decision away from lighting something on fire 😅 Called Mr. Tire and Jake said “bring it in”—he had it done in 5 minutes like it was nothing. Super friendly, no hassle, and saved me from doing something dumb. 10/10 recommend. Thanks again, Jake!

  *Overall, great people (employees) but terrible business model for a garage. Big shout out to the mechanic, Dave, he truly went above and beyond to make things right for us. *First off, we ONLY went here because it was a last minute need for service before a long trip, and sadly, I couldn't get in to our regular garage. Not impressed with the person that answers the phone here. They must use a 3rd party phone answering service that has a huge language barrier but eventually you can get past all that and get transfered to speak to a person at the location. Made appointment for simple oil change, tire rotation, and headlight replacement bulb. I already knew it was not going to go as planned because these type of places ALWAYS find other work they say NEEDS done. Our oil change and tire rotation turned into $1,350, of course. Yes, I could've refused but they made me nervous saying the brakes were bad as this was right before a long trip, so we did it all. The simple light bulb replacement had us having to returning to get it fixed, because Everytime we left, the light was still not working. But in the end, the mechanic DAVE, was able to completely figure out the complicated issue and had us on our way. Overall, would I recommend? No. BUT I will say that Dave is a dedicated, very helpful mechanic that wouldn't stop til he got to the bottom of the problem to fix it for us. Again....Big Shout out to Dave for his expertise. But I won't be returning simply because the Mr Tire brand is not out for our best interest when it comes to car repairs. All they want is your money from upsales in services. Definitely NOT your friendly, trustworthy garage name at all. My suggestions: 1. get rid of those people that answer your phones. 2. STOP UP-SELLING and over charging. The cost of just the oil change and tire rotation was $200.00 for our car. 3. Promote Dave at this location, he's the only thing that kept me from coming undone over this whole process with them. 4. The people working at this location are very nice, good people. It's a shame how they must be under pressure from the corporation to up sale services so much. It just makes the franchise look so desperate and greedy.
