  All the Vacuums don’t work. Went today all the brushes didn’t work going thru and I got the works.

  The service overall is fine. It's do it yourself, so for the most part, the service is what you yourself put into it. The part of Tommy's that is failing is their membership line. We pay monthly subscriptions to be able to fast track through the line and get cars clean for our business. The rare times you come into contact with associates. They're monotonous. Also, every once in a while you get a customer in the wrong lane. Your company needs to figure out a better system for taking care of these situations. I didn't move for almost 15 minutes because the car in front of me was in the wrong line and every employee had to figure out how to get them to pay, and there was an issue. The employee came out to speak to them 4-5 seperate times... There was no communication to the other vehicles waiting in the same line, there was no reprioritization of the lane once the car finally made it through the gate. I had to sit there for 15 minutes, in the membership lane, waiting for someone to figure out a payment issue, watching every other lane gain priority. If there is a payment issue, funnel them out of the line, have them park and help them, or then guide them to the correct lane. Holding up an entire lane for 15 minutes is simply wild, especially one that you claim is a membership lane. And as titlelistic as you would like to view this. Businesses require customers, quality (whether it be product or customer service), and efficiency. The lack of one or multiple will create issues on customer retention. They'll only tolerate bad situations from a business a handful of times, if even that.

  I took my brand new RAV4 through here today thinking I was going to one of the safest car washes in town. I was worried that any other car wash would somehow scratch my new car. I now have a chip in my paint on the gas cap of all places that was NOT there before. The car is 3 months old.
