Not only did we call and cancel appointments we didn’t need and reschedule the correct one, they called US to confirm those cancellations! Then we arrive at the scheduled appointment and they CANCELLED THAT INSTEAD OF THE INCORRECT ONES and all of a sudden don’t have an inspector! No call, no message. Garbage.

While they were repairing the issue, they checked out the rest of the vehicle, and found issues with the exhaust, brakes, and wiper blades. I was given an estimate of $1,270 for everything. I scheduled a day for the work. The morning I arrived, the estimate became $1,700+. I was told they had not quoted the "manifold", and that it was necessary. I begrudgingly agreed to it. Later in the day, the shop called me and I was told I needed "rear brakes", and that my new total was $2,800+! I asked why, if my brakes were checked, and I was given a quote for work on the brakes, why this was not discovered then. I then laughed and asked, "You want $1,100 to do rear brakes on a Chevy Suburban?!" I declined the extra work, had them complete the work, and told them I would never bring my vehicle to their shop again. It is situations like this that give mechanics the bad reputation they have.
