They wanted to charge $500+ for 2 tires but I decided to go somewhere else who gave me a BETTER tire for $160. These people at Mr Tire are very scummy and it’s the first and last time I or my family will ever use Mr. Tire.
- BJBrianna JensenNov 7, 20251.0This place is a scam! If you live in Chambersburg, go to service tire instead. I went there twice for my state inspection. Last year, they said my tag light was out and it was $60 to replace it. First of all, a light bulb is at max $10 and it takes 2 seconds to put in. So you're telling me you're charging $40 in labor to screw in a lightbulb? And then the other $10 was to throw the lightbulb away. Like what?? Anyway, they also broke my cover for my tag light when i went last year so now one of the bulbs doesn't have a cover. This year I went in and what do you know? My tag light is apparently out again. They are just money hungry. I looked at my tag lights when i got home and they dont even look like they've been touched. Also I have eyelashes on my car and they were deemed 'unsafe' and told me they would glue it back on correctly. Yeah.. It was $30 for them to glue the lash back on. Don't go here, it's obvious they just want to suck all your money out of you. Also, my car had been clunking for months and they didn't even find out what that is. I also think it's ridiculous if your car fails you have to still pay $30. Other places you go for an inspection you don't owe them anything if your car fails. BS place and extremely money hungry.

Also, a warning light came on directly after the inspection. I don’t know if I will be returning to this business.
