The $20 has to be mailed in. Also, I made an appointment and waited an hour and a half while another customer walked in for an oil change and was done in under 45 minutes. I gave them a second chance, won’t be a third for me. Update: I submitted a claim for the $20 rebate and it was put on hold due to missing information. I called the customer service number and Mr. tire did not even have an invoice for my work that I had completed. So I’m out $20 that I was told I was going to get. Please be aware if you were going for service to this location.

The lady on the phone was foreign and I could hardly understand her but she told me that it would be $90 after I filled out a $20 rebate form for the oil change. Sounded great! Got there and was told that the oil change would be $160!!! Outrageous!!! The guy didn’t even seem like he cared that I was quoted a lower price or wanted to fix it. Took my keys and walked out. Found a place that would do my fill synthetic change for $85. Don’t waste your time! The employees know that they are overpriced too.
