- JMJim MarshJan 5, 20264.0Edit: The management fixed this issue and issued a refund and apology. I will continue to use them for my vehicles because they have excellent service prior for good price. I went for a state inspection and was called to tell me my car failed due to a bad tie rod. I told to go ahead and fix it but I want to see the old part. I have personally replaced complete front ends, tie rods, bolt joints, ect.. When I picked up my car and got the old part an inspected it, I found that there was nothing wrong with the old tie rod. Just to be 100% sure I had not one but two other certified mechanics, All so certified state inspectors inspect the removed tie rod. Both came to the same solution that the part is not faulty and should not have failed the inspection. This is fraud and wrong. I did go back to show the Manager that there was nothing wrong with the tie rod and even his other technicians agreed that there was nothing wrong with the tie rod. I am still waiting for a call to refund my money. I

I recommend going here first before even the dealership they were soo good and thorough! They treated my breakdown on my roadtrip as a first priority in their busy schedule and worked with the dealership I contacted to get the right part delivered to them directly. They were direct, honest and completely kind in all their communication. I saw them stepping up for all the customers that can in as if all of us were family they were caring for! Such a rare auto team! I told them if I ever break down again I want to break down near their shop! lol
