    I believe they knew ahead of me waiting 2 hours to get my transmission flush done that they didn't have the ability or the tool to do so on my Nissan truck. I elected for a discounted oil change for $40 with my Transmission flush,( per my estimate),even though I was 2k miles from needing one. They did only an oil change and charged me $126 for it. I # 1 would not have paid that much for an oil change only, but #2 if they would have been upfront about not having the tools I wouldn't have stayed 2 hours for an oil change I didn't need.

    I live over an hour away and my engine kept losing power. I came into Mr. Tire and told them I just want to make it home. The guy ran some and they got me in and out in less than an hour. They were professional and thorough with explaining what was wrong with my car.

    Edit: The management fixed this issue and issued a refund and apology. I will continue to use them for my vehicles because they have excellent service prior for good price. I went for a state inspection and was called to tell me my car failed due to a bad tie rod. I told to go ahead and fix it but I want to see the old part. I have personally replaced complete front ends, tie rods, bolt joints, ect.. When I picked up my car and got the old part an inspected it, I found that there was nothing wrong with the old tie rod. Just to be 100% sure I had not one but two other certified mechanics, All so certified state inspectors inspect the removed tie rod. Both came to the same solution that the part is not faulty and should not have failed the inspection. This is fraud and wrong. I did go back to show the Manager that there was nothing wrong with the tie rod and even his other technicians agreed that there was nothing wrong with the tie rod. I am still waiting for a call to refund my money. I

    Had two tires replaced here, and the whole experience was amazing! I believe it was James who helped me. He was very kind, and their whole team was super efficient. I was in and out of there within half an hour, even on a busy Saturday morning. Will definitely come here for all future tire needs. Good job, gentlemen!
