    Good rental experience except for the fact there was no window washer in the washer tank had to stop and buy to fill it up

    If there is an option for 0 star, I would rate 0. Let me start off by saying that this branch is unprofessional, under trained staff and wrong attitude towards customer. I have had corporate rental, minivan and was broke down so I had to turned in at nearest location in exchange of small suv. Next day when I went to this home branch, instead of helping customer, they said to try at other location and find out if i can find same segment of car. I told them, it's your job to find me a car but they kept telling me same story. So far I called them multiple times to find me a car but was told to keep driving and will see if they can have any spare car for me ONLY then will call me. I already reported to HQ and escalated issue. I would highly suggest not to rent out from this branch and look at other place. This branch did not even bother to call or find out about what's going. I would rate this branch 0 and would suggest not to give business here.

    Getting stuck in another state because my car broke down.. not fun.. but I must say a huge out to Angel who helped me get what I needed and turned my trip around. He was extremely helpful and great customer service! Thank you again Angel! I appreciate you so much.
