  Had a great experience buying my car here! Ryan was extremely helpful and made the whole process very smooth and easy. Really appreciate how friendly and patient he was throughout everything. I also want to thank Kyle for the support as well for overseeing the process and supporting the team.

  I came from Maryland to look for a car. Bryan was terrific to work with, making the whole process a relaxed and enjoyable experience. He answered my questions and even brought the mechanic over to answer a few more. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I felt confident in my purchase.   This is not your typical dealership! As soon as I walked in, I was met with genuine warm smiles and welcomes. No pressure, no sales pitches, no sales tactics, just nice employees trying to serve their customers. Ryan and Keon were so friendly and helpful. They walked me through the whole process of buying a car with so much ease. I felt like I was hanging out with friends not sales people. Thank you guys for making this such a memorable and joyful experience!

  Almost 3 weeks ago, I had the BEST car buying experience in my entire lifetime! I must have purchased 10 or more cars over the years and I have NEVER had the high class, top of the line customer experience like I did when I just bought my brand new red 2025 Hyundai Elantra from Ryan Clapper on Saturday, October 11, 2025 !!! Ryan is as good as they get! ASK FOR RYAN CLAPPER WHEN YOU GO TO CHAMBERSBURG HYUNDAI !!! Ryan was not your typical sales representative. He's a normal person just like you and me! No sales tricks, no pressure to buy, no telling you whatever you want to hear. Ryan is HONEST, Ryan is SINCERE and Ryan CARES ABOUT YOU - and Ryan will indeed put YOU FIRST - not his sales goal for the month! After spending 5 minutes with Ryan, my son and I knew that RYAN was going to get our business and we knew we could TRUST him. It is also important to mention that I have been bringing my previous vehicle - my Hyundai Accent - to Chambersburg Hyundai for all my service needs and because their Service Department and KEVIN in their Service Department is just as AWESOME as RYAN in their Sales Department, I wanted to give my customer loyalty to Chambersburg Hyundai and they NEVER LET ME DOWN !!! Their Service Department treats me like ROYALTY and now buying my brand new car from Ryan Clapper almost 3 weeks ago was another experience of being treated like ROYALTY by Chambersburg Hyundai !!! WHY WOULD YOU SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A CAR ??? Even now, after buying my brand new car almost 3 weeks ago, Ryan still reaches out to me to see how I am doing, to see how my new car is doing for me and if there is absolutely anything he can do for me !!! THAT IS TOP CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE that is SO RARE these days !!! Every interaction at Chambersburg Hyundai - both with my previous Hyundai Accent and now with my brand new 2025 Hyundai Elantra - EVERY interaction has FAR EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS and to know that there is still a car dealership out there that knows how to treat customers like royalty and truly and sincerely care about the customer - AND EXCEEDING ALL EXPECTATIONS - is so very refreshing and so needed these days! Chambersburg Hyundai has a life long customer in me and I especially want to thank RYAN in Sales and KEVIN in Service for leading the way and making an incredibly HAPPY CHAMBERSBURG HYUNDAI CUSTOMER out of me !!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !!!!!

  I called in early in the morning to ask some questions about a trade in and Ryan Clapper was able to help me figure things out. Later that day my wife and I came in to purchase an SUV and although Ryan was finishing up with another customer he took a moment to get us settled in and comfortable. He came over quickly once he was available and we went through our top SUV choices with him and he pulled up the Tuscon immediately for us to test drive. While on the ride we talked about the other SUV options currently available and soon to be available with Hyundai, what we liked and didn't like from the different models, and what we loved about the Tuscon. Ryan helped us make a difficult choice very easy! He even went over the next level options to make sure we weren't missing out on any features we wanted. When it came to financing he worked with Mrs. Sherry to get us a great set up (even though we had lots of questions he was patient and understanding). We chatted for a while while all the numbers were run and he was very personable! In the end we had some questions about our current Elantra and a recall notice we had received so Ryan walked us over to the service department to get set up with them. Ryan even checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was going well. Everyone was extremely helpful and the overall experience was one we will remember. Thank you Chambersburg Hyundai and a big thank you to Ryan for helping us!
