My and my wife's cars needed new batteries, and Thomas helped us out really quickly. He helped me pick out a new battery then installed both in 10 minutes. He was fast, professional, and helpful. Easy 5 stars

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked up to the counter and the man just looked at me. Not hello can I help you or anything. I had gotten a battery at the Greencastle store and when my husband took the old battery back, they could not give me the $22 credit because he did not have my debit card. Therefore, I had to go back with my card so that I could get the credit. When I explained this to him, he acted like I was trying to rob the store. Then he said, “you don’t mind by verify this do you? “I said, of course, not. He called the Greencastle store who verified what I was saying. I have never felt like such an inconvenience as a customer in my life. I wish I would’ve gotten the man’s name. Here’s some advice, if you hate your job…. quit! You definitely do not belong in a job dealing with customers. So, I will return to the Greencastle store where they were very nice and get my credit.

I stopped in to this shop the other evening bc my rental car key fob’s battery was low and I was worried I wouldn’t make it to BWI late that night before it died. The men working there were so helpful and worked on it until it was functioning properly. It’s really difficult to take apart so it took a while and they only charged me for the battery and no labor. I was thrilled and very relieved. Such great service :)) Thank you, thank you!! 🙏🙏

The store at 1069 Lincoln Hwy E in Chambersburg, PA will never again have the satisfaction of my patronage. My car overheated, and these people didn't even want to give me water, so I could get my car home (about 3 miles). I truly believe, had I not purchased a thermostat, that they would not have let me have water. WATER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! Is that some kind of joke. You have to buy merchandise to get water for an overheated car. Then, I went to McDonalds next door. They gave me two cups of water for an empty radiator. Is that some kind of joke too? Not everybody on this planet has an endless dispensary of money, like some other, more prominent named families in the area. What happened to empathy, sympathy, or actually caring about something besides yourself. I am absolutely appalled, and can without doubt say, neither of these two businesses will ever be graced with my patronage. I hope that others will see this post and take their business elsewhere, to the point these two have to literally close their doors.

I bought an oil catch can here and when I tried to use the oil catch can about 20 minutes later, the catch can was immediately overwhelmed with the amount of oil coming out of the engine that about 6.5 quarts ended up on my driveway and about .5 quarts got into the oil catch can. The oil entered the catch can at a trickle, even with the breather valve open, and I even had the drain cap broken open to release air pressure. I came back to AutoZone with this oil covered catch can, and the AutoZone employee is telling me that I must have had the oil catch can facing the wrong direction... That the oil must have been pouring onto the catch can in the wrong direction. They would not take it back, and the more he spoke the worse it got. Ugh... Don't buy the 10qt enclosed oil catch can for $13. It's trash. I'm not sure what I expected from the employee. Insight I guess.
