They accepted my reservation. I show up the next morning and am told they do not have an SUVs, and my only options are a large pickup truck (not great for driving and parking in the area of the city I am going to, or a minivan (both are free "upgrades"), or I can take a matchbox-sized car, which was my only other option, which I had to take to make my meetings. The Branch Manager kept saying "I am saying" in a monotone I don't care voice while not even looking me in the eye or acknowledging he messed up or trying to actually make it right. As I am checking out, a SUV comes out of their car wash, and I ask about that, but he states that it's for someone else (mind you, I am the only customer there, so he means for someone later who is a friend). As I am leaving, 2 warning lights are coming on in the car as it rattles the entire day, but going back to try and get the other matchbox car would have made me late for my meeting, so I have to deal with it. Avoid this branch unless you are DESPERATE.
