- JMJim MartinFeb 15, 20261.0I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem. However, today I went in with a coupon that said 50% off conventional oil. I showed this coupon to Brandon the oil technician before we even started it. He said if we could use it. Brandon recommended we use synthetic oil. I asked if this coupon could be used with synthetic oil. He stated yes. They started the oil change process. The assistant manager Walter came over and said we could not use that coupon for synthetic. I told him I did not want synthetic then if I could not use the coupon. He then told his technicians to stop everything and put my old oil back. He also told me he would not stand for abusing his technicians. I did not abuse. IAll I was just asking for them to honor the coupon which Brandon said we could use. Walter said that he would finish the oil change but I was never to return. After I told him it was unfair to be penalized for his technicians error, He did provide the oil change at no charge. So I am banned for life because I pointed out that the technician approved a coupon he shouldn’t have. If you do go here with a coupon, make sure you speak to the manager or the assistant manager before you move forward. Otherwise, they will ban you for life for pointing out their error.
