  Reviewing due to an unsolved issue: I had a lot of difficulty communicating with Enterprise and told conflicting things regarding my rental over the duration I had the vehicle. This is the second time filling it the survey and was also told at the end of the first, I'd be contacted further but have not. The hours and lack of communication resulted in a huge charge on my credit card for a vehicle I was assigned for to a car accident that was not my fault, so during a time of already high stress and duress. This is unacceptable. I was asked to come in to have the vehicle looked at so I could cancel the extra insurances I apparently signed off for, unaware I was signing off for TWO insurances that totaled over 40$/a day. I was concussed and asked that I have a reprieve. Given that I had to show the vehicle to have it removed, it made sense to me that the charges would be removed. I had difficulty getting to the location I rented from, then finally got ahold of someone who told me I could do it at any Enterprise location, which was helpful. At that location however, they said something was wrong with their computers/printers, but the insurance was removed and I won't see that charge on my final bill. Being the understanding person I am, I walked away. When I called to verify the vehicle was picked up, I was again told the insurance would not be charged, but my credit card still reflects those charges. I also received the vehicle covered in salt which when the salt washed off revealed a small paint scratch that thankfully did not count as damage. I was home bound most of the time I rented the vehicle due to doctor's orders. My positive experience here is with the employee that helped me initially and the concierge. However, will I rent a vehicle here again? For my next rental car need, I plan to try another service.

  We didn't end up getting a vehicle here due to our own mistake. But the service folks were really nice. I wish they would have helped us contact other enterprise locations to help accommodate us instead of telling us to just call ourselves. But that could have been a policy issue.
