  The mobile service is great! I didn’t need to try to fit the appointment into my schedule. The technician couldn’t have been more friendly and professional.

  Deer shattered my windshield and Safelite took care of it with professionalism and courtesy. Technician was personable and courteous and did an awesome job replacing the glass.

  Had zero issues getting my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced. The only difficult thing was nobody answered the phone when I called to see if we could drop off the night before, but luckily, the text service was able to help me verify that we could drop off the night before. When we got there, we were unsure about just dropping our key in, because there was no envelopes, but luckily an employee came out to take the trash out and we asked him and he was kind enough to just take our key, and he said he'll get it all taken care of. He was very polite and kind.

  My first appointment that was at the safelite shop was canceled because they had faulty glass from their supplier, they then rescheduled to do a home replacement and calibration 3 days later between 8 and 12. I was called to confirm that time frame on the day scheduled. At 11 I received another call saying for no reason clear to me that they were changing my appt and expected now to be here at 3 pm. After I called to find out where the tech was at 3 I was told it would be 4 pm. Then I received an email saying between 4:20 and 4:45pm. These delays messed up my entire day and caused me great anxiety. When the tech finally arrived he did a good job.
