My company is renting an International OTR truck from them and we recently brought it in for a host of issues and the entire mechanical staff was literally annoyed that we were making them do their jobs. There’s a guy named Brandon who’s apparently “the boss,” as he really enjoyed telling me, and he’s truly worthless. He says he’ll call you back but doesn’t and then turns into a Karen when you ask him to do his job. It’s incredible. Penske needs to clean house and get their act together. It’s not just this location either; Penske gave us this truck without inspecting it so it had active fault codes, bunk heater doesn’t work, air leak, etc. My company despises renting from Penske but our hands are tied because of truck shortages. The second our new trucks come in we’re terminating all our contracts with Penske.
