The plan was to put it on myself with my son’s help but I determined it was just too cold and it wasn’t getting warmer anytime soon. I’m impatient and didn’t want to wait to get it installed. I called around to see if anybody could put it on today. A couple places said they could, but it was gonna cost a fortune to get it done on short notice. I called Monroe and talked to Pam who was one of the nicest customer service people I’ve ever talked to on the phone. I believe she’s the manager of this particular store. She got me right in and I was more than happy with the fast, courteous service and cost. Looks like Monroe is going to be our goto shop for future automotive needs.
