Pam was so lovely and a joy to speak with. I am usually wary of trying out new shops, but this place truly has integrity. - RMRobert MiniumNov 6, 20251.0Service is way overpriced. The only reason I went there is they could do my inspection right a way. Car passed but they want to charge me over 600 dollars for front brakes. I did brakes and rotors for front and back for less then 250. What a joke will not go back.
- DNDevin NowackiOct 30, 20251.0Avoid this place at all costs. Truck went idle and needed towed. Monro was the only place close that was open after 6PM so I had to get it towed there. Got a call the following morning I needed a new throttle body for $4,700. Made 4 calls and found out you can get that specific part for my specific truck for $180-$250 depending where you go. They swore that $4,700 was correct. As soon as I said I’m getting my truck out of there I get a call saying it was a mistake and it would only be $700. Why on earth would you ever let anyone work on your vehicle that wouldn’t be able to spot a $4,000 mistake. Don’t worry, they still milked me for $145 for a diagnosis. Take your car local, there are so many great shops around here that actually want to help
