    Extremely last minute, I needed to replace the tires on my vehicle in order for it to pass inspection after shattering my windshield. It was an extremely stressful and money intensive experience the entire week. As a single woman, it’s also very stressful to do this every year, as many of the local options for car work feel…creepy. I shopped prices between Monro, BJ’s, Sam’s Club, Costco, more than tires, Walmart, Midas, Mavis, Barrick’s, etc. I actually originally chose BJ’s because the price was about $50 cheaper for everything and included an alignment, along with the fact that it’s nice to be able to order online. However, shortly after ordering, they kept canceling my order and wouldn’t hold my appointment that was booked through their website. The next option was Monro. I had the pleasure of getting a call from I believe Aaron, who squeezed me in the next day after they got my tires in (they’re a weird size and no one ever has them in stock). When I came in on NYE, Pam was the absolute sweetest, knowledgeable, and helpful employee. She was kind in every interaction with other employees and customers. I waited about an hour, they had gotten me in right away. I was also impressed by Aaron again, as he took phone calls and interacted with people over the phone in a way that was extremely kind and professional, even when they were maybe not on their best behavior. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the experience. For Pam alone, I’m coming back lol.

    I took my car in due to the check engine light coming on. As soon as the light came on I noticed my RPMs were also a bit high. I dropped it off bc it was the closest shop. I got a call letting me know what the check engine light said but they thought that putting new oil in would solve the problem. They told me the tech would drive it around after to make sure it was good to go. I got a call back and they said it was good to go. I went to pick it up and when I started my car the RPMs were still high and the check engine light was still on. I had already paid at this point. The tech said oh, just drive it around it might come back off. The tech was extremely busy and I really feel like they were just trying to get me out of there. What I am most frustrated with is that they charged me $124 to “diagnose” the problem. All they did was scan the scanner…he basically told me that, which is why they started with the oil change instead of fixing what the scanner said. I am fine with that, but I shouldn’t have been charged for diagnose when nothing was in fact diagnosed. They were very kind which I appreciated but I don’t trust them To take my car back there and feel like I was taken advantage of. I’ll have to now take it to my regular mechanic. “Get better” would be giving me my $124 back I paid for you to do nothing other than scan the code. That’s fraud :)

    I was taken on time, based on my appointment. The inspections were done and finished when promised. People there are friendly and don't try to upset. Recommended.

    Very positive experience. They were able to get me in the same day that I called which was great. They also finished the same day even with an issue wirh my locking lug nut caps. This is not the first time they provided me great repair service.

    The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very efficient and thorough about the work they do. It's interesting and fun to watch the techs work on the vehicles and they do it with a smile on their face. If you're looking for a trust worthy, quick service place to take your vehicle to ...
