  Can’t think Mavis tire enough we broke down on the interstate on a Sunday and they were kind enough to change our tire over free of charge to help us really appreciate it. Highly recommend.

  I’m extremely disappointed with how this shop handled a basic appointment. I called on Friday at 2:01 pm and scheduled an oil change for Saturday at 3:00 pm. I was told I had an appointment. During that same call, I mentioned if I can drop off my vehicle on Friday night, they said that’s fine. I decided not to since I needed the vehicle Saturday morning and I had the appointment confirmed by the employee for 3:00 pm Saturday. When I arrived Saturday, I was told by Eddie that they had no appointment for me and that they were “full,” even though they acknowledged someone else was in their system for a tire issue at that time. That tells me my appointment was either never properly entered or was incorrectly logged under another customer. I had proof of the call on my cellphone with the time stamp. I explained the situation calmly, and instead of taking responsibility or offering any accommodation for today, they simply said they were full and moved on. No attempt to resolve the issue, no acknowledgment of their mistake. Eddie even tried to gaslight me by saying are you sure it wasn’t a different location even though I have their number confirmed with the time stamp. This was a complete waste of my time and shows poor communication, poor scheduling practices, and even worse customer service. If you book here, make sure you get written confirmation otherwise don’t expect them to honor what they tell you over the phone.

  Stopped by with a nail in my tire. The team was friendly and helpful and got me back on the road quickly for a long trip!

  My Nana has had multiple issues with her tires since having them installed at Walmart about a month ago, which has left her without a car for multiple days. Today on Christmas Eve, my husband went down hoping to see what he could do to help. As a total Hail Mary, he reached out to Mavis to see if there was any possibility they were open and willing to take a look. Eduardo not only helped my husband, but made sure the issue was identified and taken care of quickly. Because of this, my husband is now able to get back on the road and continue running errands so we can have our Christmas Eve dinner on time. It genuinely saved our Christmas. Thank you to Eduardo and the entire team for going above and beyond for a customer for no reason other than being a good business. I will continue to recommend them, and my Nana will only be going there from here on out.
