  Great experience with this car inspection service. Michael was friendly and helpful, and the team got everything done quickly at a reasonable price. I appreciated that a technician mentioned a possible fix without being pushy. Highly recommend!

  I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tire, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kristian for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. Kristian took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across customer service like that these days. He made me feel confident in my decisions and never once tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Because of his professionalism and positive attitude, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mavis Tire to friends and family. If you go, ask for Kristian—you’ll be in great hands!

  Michael and the crew at Mavis Tires on Trindle Rd are absolutely awesome. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but this team really delivers. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and trustworthy people. Definitely a 5-star experience!

  Had a wonderful experience here! I got a roofing nail stuck in my tire and wanted to get it patched ASAP. Made an appointment online for noon (4/19). Got a call from the manager, Tom, saying they were busy and wondered if they could push my appointment to 1pm. Totally fine with me! While waiting for my tire to get fixed, Tom comes out and apologizes for the wait (which was no big deal at all to me!) and says they will fix my tire for free! I am so incredibly grateful for that! I know where I will be going for all of my tire needs from now on. Thanks again, guys!

  I’ve had the worst experience at this location I ordered tires online(Bridgestone Turanza Qiettrack) on march 24, come to my appointment on march 28 to find out that tires i ordered are discontinued. So I’m told they will order another set of Bridgestone tires that are currently equivalent to the ones I wanted and they will give me same sale price on them. Few days later I get a call that tires are here so I schedule another appointment a week later. Came in to my appointment on April 8, I dropped off my car and soon after that I get a call with information they don’t have the right size of the tires they ordered. Ended up getting a set of tires I honestly did not want but they didn’t have anything else to offer for the price of my original order( they had a special on the tires I wanted ). I’ve been a Mavis customer for over a decade and never experienced anything like it , never going back here again.
