  Valvoline Instant Oil Change sold my personal information to third-party marketing companies which have used it to spam and scam myself and my daughter. I know this because this company is the only when that has my name associated with her phone number. The spammer called her and requested/addressed me! When I looked up their corporate policy on this I found they sell the information, including VIN numbers to just about anybody. I have never been notified of this policy when getting an oil change there. This is disgusting and abusive behavior! This is a violation of privacy and may be unlawful due to no disclosure of the policy.

  First time using the oil change service at Valvoline didn't know what to do or expect. The techs explained and guided me from start to finish. Excellent service and communication.

  Had a great experience with Kaden as my top end technician today! He really knew what he was talking about and was very thorough with me about my service. The management here have a real winner with him 👍🏅

  I visited Valvoline in Camp Hill on Saturday, 1/24. There were about 7 cars waiting outside the garage bay area ahead of me, which was almost to be expected the day before a large snowstorm was to hit. It took about 45 minutes for me to get into the garage, where Tim greeted me with enthusiasm and apologized for the delay. He was very cordial, knowledgeable, and really took the time to comb through each detail of my service offerings for my vehicle. The oil change itself only took about 15 minutes, recommendations for future service were made, and Tim politely sent me on my way. I've had the same positive experience in my several visits to Valvoline in Camp Hill with all the other techs, and this will continue to be my go-to. They are efficient, friendly and get never force me into making a purchase I'm not comfortable with. All-in-all, a great experience!
